YOUR ROLE Guiding our groups during their stay in our destinations (Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Iceland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Poland). RESPONSIBILITIES DURING THE TOURS Consistently deliver a high level of customer service and client satisfaction. Provide leadership for our travelers and be responsible for their well-being. In this role, you will be responsible of handling the logistics of the tour, while creating a unique and unforgettable experience for all our travelers, and giving them wider knowledge of the destination. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Service Minded Good knowledge of either Scandinavia, Iceland, the Baltics and Poland. Good presentation and communication skills as you will be dealing with multiple suppliers and clients during the tours Proficiency in oral and written English language as well as one or more of the below listed languages, is a requirement. Trilingual is an advantage. Asian Languages (Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Other Asian Language) Other languages (French, German, Italian, Polish, Russian, Spanish, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish) HOW TO APPLY We only accept written applications.
