Then you might be our new Engineering Planner at C&D Foods (Denmark) A/S! We are looking for a proactive and organised Engineering Planner who can strengthen our Engineering function and support the delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable maintenance activities across our site in Esbjerg. About the position As Engineering Planner, you will play a key role in planning and coordinating maintenance activities across our site in Esbjerg. Working closely with Engineering, Production, and external partners, you will help ensure efficient maintenance planning, resource coordination, and continuous improvement across the site. Your key areas of responsibility: Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Asset Management and CMMS Administration Stores and Resource Management Health, Safety & Continuous Improvement Examples of tasks could include: Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities across site assets. Develop maintenance schedules, prioritise work orders, and ensure all required resources are available. Coordinate contractor activities and equipment upgrades Maintain maintenance and asset records within the CMMS system Monitor maintenance backlog, track KPIs, and generate performance reports Coordinate the availability of spare parts, materials, contractors, and specialist services for planned maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements Support Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to improve operational performance Candidate profile Relevant engineering qualification within Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Maintenance, or a related discipline Experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing, FMCG, or similar environment Experienced knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance planning processes Good understanding of maintenance and engineering activities in a production environment Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset Professional proficiency in Danish and English, both written and verbal We offer You will become part of the C&D Foods family, an international company with a multicultural environment, across nationalities and cross-functional teams, where collaboration, diversity, and inclusion are part of everyday life.
