Become a key part of our international design company at Aarhus Harbour! We are currently looking for a skilled and structured Buyer for a parental leave cover position of minimum 13 months, starting on 1 October 2026. In this role, you will be responsible for purchasing for our private label customers, including high-end international furniture retailers. At Gran Living, we are dedicated to creating unique home interiors and furniture. We are a dynamic design and import company with close relationships with both customers and suppliers. Our own brand, AYTM, has an impressive presence in more than 50 countries. You will be based in our open, authentic and modernised headquarters at Aarhus Harbour. We primarily work with suppliers in the Far East, but also have partnerships across Europe and Denmark. As a Buyer, you will play an important role in building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, working closely with the rest of the Purchasing and Compliance team. About you We are looking for an independent, quality-focused and service-minded professional who can maintain an overview during busy periods. Your primary responsibilities Placing orders and closely following up on deliveries. Daily communication, follow-up and negotiation with international suppliers. Close dialogue and customer contact with our private label customers. Participating in product development in collaboration with the team. Handling shipping documentation and coordinating the receipt of goods. Continuously updating and maintaining master data in Navision (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central). Inventory management, including checking stock lists and working closely with our warehouse. Your qualifications You have a relevant education within purchasing, procurement or logistics and experience from a similar position. You are highly structured, organised and able to create and maintain efficient systems. You are service-minded, goal-oriented and a dedicated team player with a positive attitude. You have strong IT skills and are proficient in Office 365, particularly Excel, as well as Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central). You have professional proficiency in both written and spoken Danish and English.
