We are strengthening our Antenna R&D Group and are looking for an RF Engineer & Scrum Master to join us as we enter a new growth phase. About the position As our new colleague, you will contribute to RF module development from conceptual evaluations to design, layout, testing and integration on system level. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple specializations including analog, digital and mechanical engineering disciplines. In addition, you will have opportunities to contribute to architecture development via collaboration with our subsystem architects. Your primary responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining RF circuits and modules for advanced radar applications. Facilitating agile team practices, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. Collaborating with cross‑functional R&D colleagues to design reliable, high‑performance solutions. Participating in prototype assembly, testing and evaluation, including DFM reviews. Supporting our in-house production and customers with updated documentation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our next-generation radar platform architectures and play a central role in shaping future RF system solutions at Weibel. About you You thrive in an agile environment, where you are able to work both independently and in close collaboration with your team and cross-functional stakeholders. You value continuous learning and are comfortable operating in a dynamic R&D setting with multiple parallel activities, some requiring immediate attention and others progressing through structured project plans. Your qualifications should include: A university degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field, preferably with a specialization in radio frequency or microwave hardware design. Experience with RF circuit design from concept development through schematic design, layout, and verification. Proven ability to facilitate agile teams, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in an engineering environment. A solid understanding of regulatory requirements related to radio, safety, and EMC. Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
