As a trainee, you will not just become part of the store's team – you will become part of a daily life where we work together, develop together and reach the goal together. And not least spread the good mood together. A store daily life where you have room to grow The education is divided between school stays and practical training in your own store. As you learn more and more of the daily life in the store, you get more responsibility and the opportunity to test your good ideas. You will be closely followed by the local training coordinator, who is trained as a sales assistant or has worked in the field for many years. We teach you, among other things, to: advise customers on everything from car seats to strollers and create security with your knowledge – you will of course get plenty of product knowledge work with store layout, campaigns, warehouse and goods receipt. You complete the process with a week's trade test, where you plan and run a task in the store yourself. You have drive, curiosity and a desire to learn You are ready to become an important part of the store's daily life, and you are not afraid of either asking questions or contributing your ideas. And it is important to you that all customers get a good experience in the store, where they feel seen – big and small. In addition, we imagine that you: are independent and have completed HHX, EUX or EUD with detail – if you have an STX, HTX or HF behind you, you must go through a 5-10 week HGS course perhaps are an adult trainee – for this opportunity we also offer will learn everything about good merchandising and become sharp on customer service.
