We are looking for a motivated scientist with strong scientific expertise to join our international Applications team. As part of Commercial Operations, the team works closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Product Management, and R&D to help customers succeed with Evosep technology. In this role, you will combine hands-on science, scientific communication, and cross-functional collaboration. You will help test and validate new products, generate high-quality scientific data, and translate complex results into clear, actionable insights for internal and external audiences. The position is based at our headquarters in Odense, Denmark, with a hybrid work setup. Occasional travel, typically once a month, is expected. You will join a collaborative and international team driven by curiosity, continuous learning, and a shared belief that we achieve more together. Our ambition is to help scientists accelerate breakthroughs and advance precision medicine through robust, high-throughput proteomics workflows. What We Do Evosep aims to improve quality of life and patient care by radically innovating protein based clinical diagnostics. Making sample preparation and separation before MS analysis 10 times faster and 100 times more robust will enable truly large cohort studies for biomarker validation and provide the foundation for precision medicine. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Generate high-quality, reproducible LC-MS/MS data that supports product management, marketing, and customer-facing activities. Design, execute, and evaluate experiments that help demonstrate the performance, robustness, and value of Evosep technology. Interpret complex scientific datasets and translate results into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and external audiences. Stay current on emerging technologies and methodologies. Provide scientific subject matter expertise across Commercial Operations, Support, Marketing, Product Management, and R&D. Represent Evosep externally and travel approximately once per month to support customer engagement, conferences, collaborations, and industry activities. To be successful in this role, you should also ideally bring: An Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Analytical Sciences or related fields, with a strong foundation in experimental science. Hands-on experience developing and executing high-throughput proteomics workflows, including sample preparation, LC-MS/MS instrument operation, and data quality control in a research or product development environment. Strong data analysis and scientific problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate data and consider experimental design. Experience in biopharma setting would be a plus. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with experience in multidisciplinary teams. Excellent scientific writing skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly through application notes, posters, and technical documentation.
