We are recruiting for a Cardiac Catheter Lab Radiographer who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

Main duties of the job
As a registered radiographer you will work within a busy Cath lab environment and will become an integral part of the team, ensuring all patients receive the highest standards of care in accordance with recognized protocols.
You will need to possess excellent; organizational, leadership, communication and inter-personal skills, be able to promote a learning environment.

Qualifications Essential
Degree in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent and evidence of registration with professional body Willingness to undertake training as appropriate.
Desirable
ILS Knowledge of appropriate general cardiac conditions and their management Demonstrate radiographic skills within the cardiac cath lab Computer literacy General Radiography Experience.
Previous Experience Essential
Good clinical skills. Ability to put into practice new skills learnt Good Interpersonal skills Able to relate and communicate with staff of all levels and from different professions
Desirable
Post qualification experience Relevant degree level studies Leadership and motivational skills Awareness and understanding of current health issues, in particular, demonstrating a understanding of cardiology services within the cath lab
Skills Essential
Good organisation and time management skills Good written and verbal communication skills Problem solving: ability to adapt and respond positively to unexpected issues Evidence of good communication skills
Desirable
Leadership and motivational skills Able to deal with management issues in the absence of a senior radiographer. Able to think laterally to identify innovative solutions to problems
Knowledge Essential
Good working knowledge of IRR19/IRMER 2019 Willing to gain specialist knowledge appropriate for the role
