Oral Health Improvement Manager
Permanent, Part Time, 30 Hours
Hours: 30 hours per week (4 days)
Bases: Lincolnshire and Remote/Hybrid working
Salary: £32,073 to £39,043 per annum pro rata (Actual £25,658.40 to £31,234.40)

Main duties of the job
What are we looking for?
Community Dental Services CIC (CDS) have a vacancy for a dynamic GDC registered Oral Health Improvement professional to join our team, to co-ordinate activities provided as part of the oral health improvement strategy being delivered across Lincolnshire.
The post holder will plan and deliver a high standard of oral health improvement programmes both universally and to targeted higher risk groups across Lincolnshire, in line with Delivering Better Oral Health (PHE 2021).
The post holder will have a good knowledge of the theory and practice of oral health improvement. Teaching, training and/or community development experience is required and "train the trainer" skills are essential. A dental background is essential along with a current GDC registration.
Excellent communication skills, proficient IT ability, along with analytical skills, imagination, drive and determination are key attributes.
The post holder must be able to travel throughout Lincolnshire and across CDS locations, therefore a current driving licence and ability to travel is essential
