Main duties of the job We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at L'Hermitage, a 41-bed residential, nursing and dementia care home located in St Peter, Jersey. The home is highly rated on Carehome.co.uk with a score of 9.4. In this role, you will require a valid NMC pin and will be responsible for leading a dedicated care team, encouraging independence and dignity among residents. Available full-time contracts include 48 hours over four 12-hour shifts on alternate weekends, or 42 hours over three 12-hour shifts one week and four 12-hour shifts on alternate weekends.
