Join Ivoclar as a Quality Assurance Associate and help ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across our processes. In this role, you’ll coordinate nonconformities, monitor quality KPIs, analyze trends, and support data-driven improvements in a regulated environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, improve processes, and help maintain high standards of quality. Your role Non-Conformity Coordination Coordinate, assess, and document nonconformities and related actions Follow up on nonconformities in the IT system to ensure timely processing and closure Ensure consistent application of standards across interfaces Analyze data to identify trends and support the identification of improvement opportunities Process Monitoring & Reporting Monitor relevant KPIs and support data accuracy and reliability Analyze performance data to identify deviations and risks Prepare reports and support data-driven insights for stakeholders Contribute to continuous improvement based on data analysis Additional Tasks Support cross-functional alignment in operational topics Contribute to decision preparation based on process understanding and available data Your profile Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, or a regulated environment such as MedTech, Pharma, or Manufacturing. Basic understanding of quality processes, nonconformity management, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with experience handling data, monitoring KPIs, and identifying trends. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work. Good English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Experience with a Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 13485, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar systems is an advantage. Experience in a medical device or highly regulated industry, as well as exposure to continuous improvement, quality data analysis, or additional language skills, is a plus.
