Join our Global IT team as a DevOps Engineer and help build reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions across an international environment. You’ll work hands-on with CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and container technologies to improve how software is delivered and operated. Collaborating with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams, you’ll turn technical challenges into practical improvements that make IT more efficient and resilient. Your role Build, operate, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and automated software delivery. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Automate deployments, configuration, and operational processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. Support cloud and containerized environments, including Docker, Kubernetes, and related technologies. Work closely with development, infrastructure, platform, security, and operations teams to integrate and strengthen DevOps practices. Contribute to monitoring, logging, and observability to improve system performance, reliability, and operational visibility. Troubleshoot incidents and pipeline issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable technical improvements. Evaluate and support the adoption of new DevOps tools and technologies that improve automation, stability, and efficiency. Maintain clear technical documentation, standards, configurations, and operational procedures. Apply security, compliance, governance, and DevSecOps principles across automation and infrastructure processes. Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, with relevant experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Operations, or a similar role. Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure. Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, or similar IaC tools, and scripting with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or equivalent. Understanding of monitoring, logging, observability, infrastructure security, and DevSecOps practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and across teams. Good English communication skills and comfortable working in an international environment. Experience with AWS/GCP, hybrid or on-premises infrastructure, agile/global IT environments, additional DevOps tools, or German language skills is an advantage.
