Join Ivoclar as a Master Data Management Senior Associate and play a key role in keeping material data accurate, complete, and compliant across global systems. You’ll manage master data workflows, data validation, SAP processes, and regulatory documentation while working closely with Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and other stakeholders. Your role Review material master data requests to ensure information is complete, accurate, and ready for processing. Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify missing, inconsistent, or incomplete information. Initiate, manage, and monitor data creation and change workflows across relevant systems. Ensure proper documentation, routing, and tracking of master data requests. Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Product Management, and other stakeholders to ensure data meets business and regulatory requirements. Maintain and update relevant regulatory and master data documentation. Perform data validation and system checks to ensure consistency before new data is created or updated. Execute bulk data updates when required while maintaining data accuracy and integrity. Monitor request progress and provide clear status updates to stakeholders. Maintain internal tracking and reporting to support efficient master data management processes. Identify opportunities to improve data workflows, accuracy, and process efficiency. Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management, Material Master Data, data operations, or a similar role. Hands-on experience with SAP or a comparable enterprise data management system, including data creation, changes, validation, and maintenance. Strong Excel and data management skills, with a keen eye for accuracy, consistency, and detail. Understanding of data workflows, change management, regulatory documentation, and compliance requirements. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across global and cross-functional teams. Organized and able to prioritize multiple requests, meet deadlines, and work independently. Experience with material master data, bulk data updates, data cleansing, data governance, or a global/shared services environment is an advantage.
