Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the national marketing strategy for Mindray's Ultrasound Imaging Systems portfolio. Drive product positioning, market penetration, and business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives. Lead product launch planning and execution for new ultrasound technologies and solutions. Collaborate closely with sales, clinical application teams, product management, and global marketing teams to align business objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to develop actionable business strategies. Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare institutions, and industry stakeholders. Design and execute customer engagement programs, workshops, conferences, webinars, and digital marketing campaigns. Develop compelling value propositions and marketing collateral to support sales enablement. Monitor marketing effectiveness through KPIs, ROI analysis, and business performance metrics. Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team while fostering innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
