Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive quality, preferably in customer quality Knowledge of automotive quality standards and customer-specific requirements Familiarity with quality and problem-solving tools Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Good command of written and spoken English Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Responsibilities Monitor customer-specific quality requirements and support their effective implementation Follow customer quality expectations and contribute to improving customer satisfaction Monitor customer quality indicators and prepare regular reports Support the investigation and resolution of customer complaints Contribute to root-cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions Support the effective use of quality and problem-solving tools Assist in planning and coordinating customer audits and visits Follow up on audit findings and related action plans Collaborate with Production, Process, Engineering and Project teams to resolve quality issues Contribute to quality and process improvement projects Support the development and implementation of actions aimed at improving customer satisfaction Follow up on agreed actions and support their timely completion If you are passionate about creating value, driving innovation, and making a real impact, join us on this journey.
