Job Location: Albert Lea, MN Job Type: Full Time Shifts Available: 2nd / 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Monday through Friday Compensation: $21.65/hour Job Overview The Machine Operator plays an important role in keeping our production lines running safely and smoothly. In this position, you’ll operate and monitor machinery that requires limited set up, perform basic adjustments, and help maintain a clean and efficient work environment while meeting safety and quality standards. What you will do Operate production equipment by starting up, running, monitoring, and adjusting machines to maintain product quality. Set up machines and perform basic changeovers following established procedures. Complete production, safety, and quality checks by tracking information manually or electronically. Assist with basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting, escalating issues when needed. Follow all safety, food safety, and regulatory policies, including proper lockout/tagout procedures. Perform job duties in a fast-paced, cold, or warm production setting with required PPE while engaging in physical tasks such as standing for long periods of time, climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation. Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested. Follow all food safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance and product integrity. Perform other duties as assigned. What you will need Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Must be 18 years or older. Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English as required for safety and documentation. Basic math and computer capability to complete production and quality checks. What will put you ahead Previous experience in food manufacturing, production or warehouse environments. Previous experience operating production or warehouse machinery. Familiarity with basic preventative maintenance or machine troubleshooting. Work history in the last 12 months.
