Job Summary: Head of Finance, Greater China, covering finance planning and operating for all legal entities in mainland China, Hong Kong and ******. Leads finance FP&A, Credit and business partner to MC leadership in Greater China. Works together with China FSSC to oversee all financial and fiscal activities and ensures compliance of the operations in China region. Responsibilities: • Responsible for oversight of finance and reporting in China • Business partner for MC leadership team in China • Lead the China quarterly & annual planning process; administer and review all financial plans • Lead 5-year strategic planning, market analysis, growth initiatives and key business partner to business leader • Develop automated reporting in CRM, tableau, Power-BI to drive the review and tracking on performance • Supervise on legal and compliance, and monitor day-to-day finance operations of 7 legal entities in G. China • Ensure that all legal entities in G. China in compliance of US GAAP and statutory reporting • Enhance the effectiveness of sales operation, focus on contract management, opportunity pipeline, the design of sales incentive plan. • Manage organizational cash flow and maximize efficiency of working capital • Leverage resources with China FSSC, help to clarify roles and responsibilities and develop and implement training programs in order to reach optimal individual and organizational goals Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Business and related field • Minimum 10 year experience in Finance / Audit related functions with 5 year in Management position • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential. Strong influencing power and accountable • Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and related processes, Tax compliance, Treasury management • Fluent (written and spoken) in Chinese and English is required • Big 4 experience is a Plus Equal Opportunity Employer
