AVL Iberica offers a job in Spain (ES) as Calibration Engineer We are searching a proactive, dedicated, responsible and motivated person to join our powertrain calibration team, who wants to grow as a person/professional in a dynamic and challenging environment. Location: Martorell, Barcelona, Spain YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Calibration responsibilities in powertrain calibration: On Board Diagnostic and On Board Monitoring • Development of calibration and automatization methodologies in order to improve the calibration process • Perform chassis dyno and engine bench tests preparation and results analysis • Road testing for real driving conditions validation, including tests trips (summer / winter) • Reporting to the team leader and client during the development of the project. YOUR PROFILE: • Good English level. German is a plus. • Engineering degree or similar. Master degree is a plus. • Years of experience: desirable range between 1-3 years • Knowledge of powertrain and engines. • High sense of responsibility, goal-orientation and teamwork skills. • Extra curriculum activities like Formula Student is a plus. • Python & Matlab knowledge is desirable. • Driving license is needed ABOUT AVL IBERICA AVL Iberica is responsible for the Spanish, Mexican and Portuguese markets.
