To strengthen and develop our Hub Excellence in Pilsen, we are looking for a Global Quality Expert Automotive responsible for the implementation of IMS accordnig to IATF standards at Wacker. Global Quality Expert Automotive Job Responsibilities Maintenance and further development of the QM processes according to the requirements of the standards IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, or corresponding specific customer-, market- and internal requirements of the Business Division SILICONES Collaboration on projects (e.g. as a core project member) in the global roll-out of QM systems (especially IATF related) Ensuring the standardization of quality processes and procedures across all manufacturing sites and regions in the IATF Corporate Scheme Creating, coordinating and ensuring the implementation of the annual internal audit program Ensuring needs-based auditor training to cover the internal audit program. Planning and conducting internal and external quality audits (System-, Process-, Product, and Supplier audits) to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement Accompanying the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certification audits at the site Ensuring the proper application of the automotive core tools Processing of internal quality topics in the automotive environment with the relevant production plants Collaborating with other departments, such as engineering, production, and supply chain, to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the product lifecycle Job Requirements University degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, quality management or comparable qualification Sound experience in the field of quality and production for chemical products Very good knowledge of the relevant standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, AIAG) and their application Very good knowledge of automotive core tools as well as their application Very good knowledge of written and spoken Czech and English Good knowledge of written and spoken German Experience in project management involving interdisciplinary teams Very good IT skills in common systems (SAP, MS Office) Ability to clearly convey information and expectations to team members and stakeholders Ability to inspire and guide teams to achieve quality objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement Ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions to quality-related problems The ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions about quality improvements Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and quality goals Ability to understand and meet the needs and expectations of customers to ensure satisfaction with the product or service Reliability, communication and teamwork skills Intercultural competence We Offer Competitive Salary (with yearly bonus up to 15%) Opportunity for Future Growth and Advancement Meal allowance of 129 CZK / day Transport allowance of 100 CZK / day Flexi Pass 20 000 CZK / year Vacation allowance 10 000 CZK / year Christmas allowance 10 000 CZK / year 5 weeks of holiday and for every 3 years of employment plus 1 extra day of holiday 3 days of sick leave per year Pension insurance contribution up to 4 166 CZK / month Home office option Fixed-term contract (parental leave cover) ... and much more!
