Job Overview Monitors actual performance against goals and oversees the procurement, inventory control, planning, and quality control of production materials. Job Requirements Coaching plant leadership to use Kanban & lean tools, leading and supporting supply chain improvement projects across teams. Identifying and investigating root causes to provide guidance and future actions and strategy, and implementing inventory plans to meet business objectives. Collaborating with supply chain partners for end-to-end optimization and managing demand planning and forecasting. Managing and monitoring storage of purchased parts and finished goods and overseeing the inventory levels to meet business requirements. What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
