Job Overview The Director of Continuous Improvement will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen TE Connectivity’s culture of operational excellence. What your background should look like Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar Extensive Human Resources experience with 5+ years in leadership roles Worked as an Human Resources Business Partner supporting manufacturing, plant, site, or operational teams. Experience designing and deploying Organizational Design, workforce planning, or operating model transformation initiatives. Proven ability to facilitate workshops and lead large-scale group problem-solving, strategy, or change management sessions across multiple locations. Demonstrated success coaching and influencing leaders, managers, and employees at all organizational levels to drive adoption of new ways of working. Experience applying continuous improvement principles to people, talent, organizational effectiveness, or HR processes and programs Ability to influence, coach, and develop leaders at multiple organizational levels. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing teams.
