Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with leadership responsibilities. Strong experience in automation, process development, and industrialization projects. Hands-on knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience supporting new product launches and factory transformation initiatives. Strong project management and communication skills. Good command of English.
