KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Process all medical Aid remittances Request all refunds Manage the Bank statement and all receipting transactions and ensure these are reconciled daily File all related documentation as per guideline REQUIRED EDUCATION ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12 or equivalent DESIRED EDUCATION: Grade 12 with Accounting REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Experience in Debtors Control DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in debtors and cashbook administration REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Debtors and creditors (invoicing; reconciliation etc.) Numerical skills Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Cash book and credit card reconciliation All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
