As part of our Sales Administration Support Center within the Services Supply Network team, the Junior Order Management & Logistics Support Analyst plays a key role in supporting regional customers & sales teams by ensuring efficient, accurate, and seamless order management operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career professional interested in developing experience in order management, logistics, supply chain operations, business administration, and collaboration with stakeholders. This is not a direct sales role. You will work behind the scenes, connecting sales teams, suppliers, customers’ orders, and internal functions to help create a smooth and reliable service experience. You will join a collaborative, international environment where you can contribute ideas, learn new systems, build your analytical skills, and grow with the support of experienced colleagues. The position is based at our Tetra Pak office in Bogota, Colombia. Tetra Pak does not offer support for visa or relocation for this position. What you will do As a Junior Order Management & Logistics Support Analyst, you will contribute to delivering world-class service by managing critical spare parts sales operations: Execute/Perform business operation support activities in ERP systems SAP and Sales force Ensure timely processing, closure, and maintenance of business transactions Provide operational support to the Americas Service administration center Track order fulfilment status and coordinate actions to resolve backorders and delivery constraints Support operational efficiency through regular housekeeping and cleansing of ERP systems, master data, and transactional records Collaborate closely within the regional Services Supply Network teams to support operational processes and drive timely resolution of issues Coordinate and support reverse logistic operational activities with stakeholders to ensure timely outcomes Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across time zones Ensure compliance with global processes and drive continuous improvements Responsible for Purchase to Payment (PTP) Process Inform and act on all deviations to secure an effective and timely PTP Process Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of parts from Tetra Pak suppliers, including taking corrective actions to address delays and supply shortages We believe you have A university degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field. You may be a recent graduate or have initial professional, internship, or university project experience. Previous full-time experience is not required. A genuine interest in order management, logistics, supply chain, business operations, data quality, or customer and stakeholder support. Intermediate English skills, with the confidence to read, write, and communicate in a professional environment is required. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including commonly used formulas and the organization of operational data. SAP or other ERP exposure is preferred but not required. Training and support will be available as you grow in the role. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks accurately and on time. The ability to organize priorities and manage several operational activities in a dynamic environment. A proactive, service-oriented mindset and the willingness to follow up until issues are resolved. Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate respectfully with people from different teams, backgrounds, and cultures. Curiosity, analytical thinking, teamwork, and the motivation to learn quickly. A continuous-improvement mindset and the confidence to suggest better ways of working. An interest in developing your capabilities in SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, reporting tools, and international business processes.
