Name of the Project: Corporate Strategic Planning Intern Vice Presidency: Strategic Planning Region: Central Intern’s Location (Office): Margain Offices Eligible Semester(s): 5th - 7th semester Careers of Interest: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or similar Schedule Availability: Between 25 and 30 hours per week Period of Stay at CEMEX: 6 months, with the option of renewal Tentative Start Date: October 2026 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Project Objective Support corporate strategy team to build business cases, financial models & industry understanding Challenges for the Students The position requires (and will help to develop) structured thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, clear communication skills & continuous learning. Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out Data analysis: consolidate, clean and validate databases to be used as input in different analysis Reports & Presentations: support in creating executive reports & presentation Project valuation: Support in creating financial models to support strategic analysis Specific Requirements / Qualifications Languages: Proficient in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Intermediate - advanced Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) General knowledge of financial statements & project valuation. Knowledge of AI tools would be a plus.
