Overview
The Infor ERPLn Senior Technical Analyst is responsible for leading the support, enhancement, integration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Infor ERPLN finance platform and associated financial systems. This role partners closely with Finance, Infrastructure, Security, Database, and third-party vendors to ensure the stability, security, scalability, and performance of financial applications. The position provides technical leadership, drives complex system initiatives, oversees platform governance, and delivers innovative solutions that align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology strategies.
Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities
Strategic Focus
• Work closely with the Finance Systems team to implement and support cloud-based third-party integrations, enabling automated data flows through Infor ION. • Develop and enhance custom solutions, forms, extensions, and session modifications using Infor development tools, including 4GL Scripts, Infor ION, BODs, and APIs.
Operational Management
• Manage and support the Infor ERPLN platform, ensuring high availability, reliability, and optimal performance. • Lead technical analysis, solution design, and the implementation of finance system enhancements. • Develop, maintain, and support Infor LN customisations, enhancements, and technical solutions. • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Infor ERPLN and internal/external applications using APIs, middleware, and integration technologies. • Support finance-related processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Cash Management, and Reporting. • Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, interface, and performance-related issues. • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the existing finance systems architecture. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. • Coordinate server upgrades, environment management, and platform maintenance activities. • Lead application upgrades, patch deployments, testing, and production releases. • Support disaster recovery planning, business continuity testing, and environment management initiatives.
People Leadership
• Collaborate with the Finance Systems team and Group Finance team to deliver shared objectives within agreed timelines, ensuring effective system support for global teams.
Governance & Risk
• Support SOX/JSOX User Access Reviews (UARs) and audit-related activities. • Manage change control processes, security reviews, and system governance requirements. • Ensure appropriate application, database, and infrastructure security controls are implemented and maintained. • Maintain documentation, technical standards, and audit evidence to support compliance and regulatory requirements.

Experience & Personal Attributes
Experience
• Minimum 8+ years of experience with Infor ERP systems, including hands-on experience with Cloud Infor ERP and Infor LN 10.x. • Experience in at least one ERP implementation or upgrade, including data conversion strategy, ETL processes, and data reconciliation. • Strong experience with Infor OS, security controls, data flows, and cloud connectivity. • Experience in developing integration architectures and data migration methodologies, with hands-on expertise in APIs, reporting tools, 4GL Scripts, Infor ION, and BODs. • Strong SQL knowledge and database troubleshooting capabilities. • Experience supporting application upgrades, infrastructure initiatives, and system change implementations. • Good knowledge of SOX controls, user access reviews, audit requirements, and change management practices. • Strong understanding of finance-related ERP modules and associated business processes. • Good exposure to high-availability architectures, disaster recovery concepts, and business continuity practices. • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. • Infor LN/Baan technical certifications preferred. • Microsoft SQL or Oracle certifications advantageous.
