Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You This position plays an important role in bringing the hotel’s brand to life across digital, social, email, website, advertising, partnerships, and on-property channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. A strong understanding of luxury service, brand standards, and the local market is highly valued.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

•Provide day-to-day administrative, organizational, and creative support to the Brand and Marketing team. •Assist with the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, website, print, paid media, and on-property channels. •Coordinate marketing calendars, campaign timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure projects are executed accurately and on schedule. •Support the development, editing, and distribution of marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, website copy, promotional materials, and internal communications. •Assist with maintaining and updating hotel website content, including promotional offers, events, dining, spa, and hotel information. •Assist in developing creative briefs and coordinating with internal teams, photographers, designers, agencies, vendors, and other creative partners. •Support the execution of photo and video shoots, including scheduling, shot lists, talent coordination, property preparation, and asset organization. •Assist with the coordination and promotion of hotel activations, events, partnerships, seasonal campaigns, and special programming. •Help coordinate marketing initiatives for hotel outlets, including restaurants, bar, spa, and other guest experiences. •Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content development, scheduling, list management, testing, and reporting. •Assist with the development and maintenance of marketing collateral and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand standards. •Coordinate marketing collaborations, influencer initiatives, and community opportunities as directed. •Assist with public relations efforts, including compiling information, coordinating media visits, supporting press events, and maintaining media-related materials. •Conduct competitive and market research as needed. •Maintain organized libraries of photography, video, logos, creative assets, and other marketing materials. •Assist with tracking campaign performance, social media metrics, website activity, email performance, and other marketing KPIs. •Prepare marketing reports, presentations, recaps, and other materials for internal stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

•Previous experience in marketing, communications, hospitality, public relations, or a related field preferred. •Previous experience in luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or a premium consumer brand is a plus. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. •Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. •Familiarity with email marketing, content management systems, analytics platforms, and social media scheduling tools preferred. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools is preferred. •Knowledge of Basecamp is a plus. •Strong proofreading and editing skills. •Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into compelling marketing content. •Professional, polished, and collaborative demeanor. •Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a cross-functional team. •Flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, or special events as business needs require.
