Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Night Auditor, you’re not just overseeing overnight financial audits and reconciliations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
• Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets • Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports • Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve any anomalies found between financial reports and takings • Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations
What It Takes to Make the Stay Night Auditors serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: -Pride in ensuring the accuracy of work and encourages Team Members to do the same -Strong analytical skills -Computer literate, with particularly strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel -Fluent in English -Enjoy working in Night Shifts -Understanding of the responsibilities of other areas within the Finance Department -Excellent grooming standards It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: -Previous experience working in a hotel Finance Department -Previous experience working in Front Office or hotel outlets At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
