• Lead and manage a team of data analysts and BI professionals to deliver high-quality analytics solutions. • Drive data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights to business stakeholders. • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. • Write, optimize, and review complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. • Identify business problems, perform root cause analysis, and recommend data-backed solutions. • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. • Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks for business monitoring. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms. • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders. • Mentor team members and drive best practices in analytics, visualization, and problem-solving. Required Skills • Strong expertise in SQL, including query optimization and data manipulation. • Hands-on experience with dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex business challenges. • Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities. • Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts. • Ability to manage stakeholders and influence business decisions through analytics. • Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills. • Experience with Python/R is a plus. Preferred Experience • 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related domains.

Required Skills Bachelor's in IT or related field with 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
