• Understanding of Insurance Finance and Accounting • Understanding of O2C Cycle/AR, working knowledge of Cash Application and Cash Suspense • Timely updates of process changes in SOP’s • Ability to identify inefficient/ineffective processes and develop recommendations to enhance controls and efficiency

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting / B.Com or M.Com • Preferred relevant experience with 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Recievable • Must have done reporting, quality audits & trainings
