About this role

In this role, you will impact the overall product quality and operational efficiency by performing advanced testing tasks, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance product performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex testing and validation of products according to established procedures and standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during testing phases. • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements. • Maintain detailed records of test results and support continuous improvement initiatives.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Extensive experience in performing detailed product testing and validation in a manufacturing or engineering environment. • Strong knowledge of test equipment, instrumentation, and diagnostic tools relevant to product testing. • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and test procedures to execute tests accurately. • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving complex technical issues during testing phases. • Associate degree or equivalent technical certification in electronics, engineering technology, or related field. • Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing or product development environment. • Familiarity with automated test equipment (ATE) and software tools used in test data collection and analysis. • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
