onsemi is seeking a Vice President to lead the centralized Test, Technology, and Operations (TTO) Engineering organization across Allen (TX), Bangalore, Czech Republic, and Philippines. This role is responsible for driving the test, technology, and operations strategy and execution for design for test (DFT), test automation, automated test equipment (ATE) and reliability hardware, new product introduction (NPI), COGs, factory transfers, quality and EFARs, and sustaining activities.

As the VP, Test, Technology, and Operations, you will oversee a centralized engineering organization with a charter focused on enabling scalable, reliable, and cost-effective product execution from development through sustaining. This leader will drive test strategy, operational discipline, quality improvement, and cross-functional alignment across the full TTO Engineering scope.

The ideal candidate brings acute leadership experience in test engineering, new product development, product and process quality, factory transfer execution, and global organizational leadership. This role requires a proactive, strategic leader who can maintain continuity through organizational transition, strengthen technical capability, and build an execution-focused culture across a distributed global team.

Key Function:

• Lead the centralized TTO Engineering organization across Allen, Bangalore, Czech Republic, and Philippines, ensuring alignment to test, technology, operations, cost, quality, and execution priorities. • Own the strategy and execution for DFT, test automation, ATE and reliability hardware, NPI readiness, COGs improvement, factory transfers, quality and EFARs, and sustaining support. • Maintain a clear centralized charter, reporting structure, and operating model while driving technical competency, execution discipline, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the overall TTO Engineering strategy across design for test, test automation, ATE and reliability hardware, NPI, COGs, factory transfers, quality and EFARs, and sustaining. • Lead centralized test technology development and standardization to improve execution efficiency, test coverage, final test yield, product quality, and cost performance. • Drive DFT and test automation strategy to enable scalable, manufacturable, and cost-effective new product introductions. • Oversee ATE and reliability hardware strategy, capability planning, deployment readiness, and sustaining support across product lifecycles. • Partner with product, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to execute factory transfers, resolve quality issues, and accelerate EFAR closure. • Drive COGs improvement initiatives through test cost reduction, yield enhancement, process optimization, and disciplined operational execution. • Ensure sustaining support for released products, including test coverage, reliability needs, customer issue resolution, and continuous quality improvement. • Build and develop a high-performing global engineering organization with strong technical competency, clear accountability, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Qualification:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline. • 20+ years of direct leadership experience in product and test engineering.
