About this role
• Conduct tele-surveys, interviews, questionnaires, and other approved data collection activities in accordance with defined research methodologies.
• Engage with survey respondents professionally to accurately capture responses and relevant information.
• Review survey questionnaires and research requirements to ensure accurate understanding and execution of assigned surveys.
• Conduct research and gather relevant information to support assigned research topics and survey initiatives.
• Monitor survey progress aligned with agreed targets, timelines, response rates, and completion requirements.
• Prepare and maintain regular survey progress reports, highlighting response rates, completion status, and key observations.
• Review, validate, classify, and record collected survey data to ensure completeness, consistency, and readiness for analysis.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or quality issues and coordinate necessary follow-up or corrections.
• Provide support to survey interviewers on survey methodology, questionnaires, processes, and data collection requirements, as required.
• Maintain appropriate records and documentation relating to survey activities, respondent information, data collection, and project progress.
• Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or any other related field. • 3–4 years of relevant experience in telesurvey, telemarketing, customer service, or call centre operations.
• Good experience in telesurvey, market research, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of survey tools, CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) systems, and related data collection platforms.
• Basic understanding of market research principles, survey methodologies, and structured data collection practices.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately capture, record, validate, and maintain survey data, while ensuring respondent confidentiality.
• Comfortable working with survey quotas, scripts, structured questionnaires, and defined research protocols, with an ability to quickly learn and adapt to new survey tools, systems, processes, and research requirements.
