Miral Destinations Job Scope The Sales Manager is responsible for proactively soliciting and handling any sales opportunities, acquiring new customers, and maintaining existing customers within the domestic market.The position oversees daily sales operations, strengthens key domestic partnerships, identifies new business opportunities, and ensures that domestic sales initiatives are executed efficiently and in alignment with AD Portfolio (teamLab Phenomena, Qasr Al Watan, Al Ain Zoo and extended new projects) commercial objectives. The position is responsible for exploring new ways to generate and maximize revenues for the destination.This role is based Miral Destinations Headquarters, requiring regular presence and coordination across all locations to ensure unified commercial strategy, consistent execution, and seamless integration of on-site operations with central support functions. Job Responsibilities New Opportunities
• Aggressively target the solicitation of business from key market segments: Corporate & Government to achieve annual revenue targets. • Facilitating indoor and outdoor sales activities as well as external client meetings. • Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers, industry organizations to enable future bookings. Activities include individual sales calls, prospective client entertainment, FAM trips, etc. • Contracting and managing accounts through our CRM system, while recording and tracking all opportunities in the system. • Identify new business partners for the company Action Plans
• Formulate and implement set action plan and strategy for the assigned segment to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products. • Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit. • Communicate all sales campaigns to relevant customers and obtain proof of commitment. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Head of Sales – Domestic through consolidated and analyzed action summaries as well as sales tracking reports. Manage portfolio
• Develop and Manage portfolio of active and prospect Corporate & Government accounts. • Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history thus identifying alternate means for filling requests and notifying the team and customers. • Resolves promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices; forwarding resolution to Head of Sales – Domestic • Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information and answering questions. • Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates. • Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed. • Manages assigned geographic sales area or market or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives. • Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel. • Performs sales activities on major corporate accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Head of Sales – Domestic • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. • Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results. • Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top decision-makers. • Coaching and conducting appraisals for direct reports. Essential • Bachelor’s degree / diploma 5+ years of work experience with Corporates & Government Clients, Holdings, Events companies • UAE Driver License • Excellent written and spoken English. • Strong knowledge of UAE domestic travel trade, schools, government, and corporate ecosystems. • Deep understanding of UAE culture, values, traditions, and business etiquette. • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. • Strong negotiation and relationship-building capability. • Ability to analyze performance data and prepare insightful reports. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
