Hill International is seeking a Change Coordinator in Valencia, California

• Route Changes in Primavera Unifier for transmittal to the Contractor in accordance with Metro Change Control procedures and applicable contact requirements. • Actively coordinate with internal project stakeholders to track and meet project deadlines. • Update contract documents including construction plans and specifications to incorporate revisions made via Change process to provide reliable and up-to-date files for use by the Construction Management team. • File documentation from initiation to close-out for each Change and prepare final Change record deliverables. • Assist the project staff in maintaining Change tracking logs including but not limited to contract document status, changed contract quantities, Caltrans directives, and Change status. • Set, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators for the Change process. • Participate in meetings with project stakeholders, distribute Meeting Minutes, and track Action Items. • Send uniform notifications to project team and specific stakeholders upon execution of a Change. • Verify prerequisites are obtained for each Change. • Interface with Project Controls staff and Metro Program Management Information Systems (PMIS). • Support project independent As-Builts maintenance by preparing copies of Change contract plans/documents and coordinating with project staff. • Track and issue action items to the corresponding party. • Assist in the preparation of change worksheets and collect technical documents from team leads. • Perform close-out process for executed change orders • Prepare audit reports of Contractor’s Change documentation. • Contributes to ensuring that the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies and programs of Metro are carried out. • May be required to perform other related job duties.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or other related field and/or demonstration of equivalent work experience with relevant Document Control or similar certificates. • Three (3) years of experience in document control, preferably for heavy construction, highway, or transit industry construction projects. • Experience using Primavera Unifer, preferably on a Metro construction project. • Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and confidentiality skills. • Ability to independently track and meet deadlines. • Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat (or BlueBeam) applications. • Excellent customer service, communication, conflict resolution, reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills. • Ability to provide internal and external customers with a courteous and professional experience. • Willingness to be a part of a collaborative and supportive team. • Valid California Class C driver's license. • The ability to work with a diverse workforce. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. The salary offered will be based on the applicant’s qualifications, education, experience and work location.
