Independently Driven: Most of the team is spread across the state and often out of the office. You work well on your own, manage your time without being reminded, and do not need someone nearby to stay productive. Detail Oriented: Your output goes directly to physician leaders. Accuracy in names, titles, data, and formatting is not optional, it is the standard. Genuinely Curious: You want to understand why a task matters and how HR supports the business, not just how to complete the task.
