Job Purpose: The Global Manager - Business Integrations FF is globally responsible for capturing, analyzing, and documenting the system, process, and data requirements arising from acquired companies' existing applications and ways of working, in order to enable their structured integration into the organization's TiaB technology stack. Acting as a key bridge between regional business integration and PMI teams, and the wider FF management, this role ensures that integration decisions are grounded in accurate, well-documented business requirements and support a smooth, low-risk transition onto group systems and processes. Key Accountabilities:
• Engage with regional business integration teams (Ops, PMI) to understand their existing applications, system landscape, and operational processes across relevant business functions. • Capture and document detailed business, system, and data requirements needed to integrate acquired entities into the core tech stack. • Conduct and support the execution of gap and fit analysis comparing acquired company systems/processes against core group systems, standards, and capabilities. • Translate captured requirements into clear business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, and system specifications for technical and solution teams. • Partner with the PMI community, regional teams, business system owners, Group Tech, and functional stakeholders to validate requirements, priorities, and integration approach. • Support development of integration plans, migration approaches, and sequencing in collaboration with PMI project leads and technical teams. • Identify integration risks, dependencies, and issues early, escalating and proposing mitigation options as needed. • Support testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities related to system and process integration workstreams. • Provide post-integration support, helping resolve issues arising from system or process consolidation. • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and records of requirements, decisions, and integration status for governance and audit purposes. • Contribute to continuous improvement of integration methodology, templates, and best practices across PMI engagements. • Serve as a visible role model and ambassador of DP World’s values, leadership behaviours, safety standards, and Code of Conduct. Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering/Technology • Proven experience in business integrations and post-merger and transformation activities • Strong organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assign and control). • Good knowledge of market leading TMS systems, and supply chain visibility applications. • Project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects • Strong understanding of operational and finance-related activities in Freight Forwarding • Goal and team driven, good motivator and facilitator to ensure that set targets are achieved. • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
