At DNV, we are committed to safeguarding life, property and the environment. As a Global Total Rewards Partner in Group People, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing DNV's global compensation and Total Rewards agenda.

The role will have a special focus on compensation, and you will contribute to the design, governance and continuous improvement of compensation programs that help attract, retain and reward employees across our international organization. This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly collaborative and global environment, partnering with stakeholders across multiple regions and business areas. You will join a team that drives the evolution of DNV's Total rewards practices while supporting business growth and employee engagement. Your Role and Responsibilities As a member of the team, you will:

• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on compensation, incentives and Total Rewards. • Shape and continuously enhance DNV's compensation philosophy, frameworks and policies. • Lead the executive compensation process and oversee preparations for the Compensation Committee. • Govern DNV’s global annual salary review. • Govern and contribute to the design of global employee incentive programmes • Contribute to the development of DNV's Total Rewards agenda through selected strategic initiatives and transformation projects. • Monitor external market trends, reward practices and regulatory developments. • Partner closely with HR, Finance and business leaders to translate Total rewards strategy into consistent global practices. #LI-Hybrid

We are looking for a curious and business-oriented Total Rewards professional who combines strong analytical capabilities with the ability to communicate complex reward topics clearly and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. You thrive in an international organisation, building relationships and driving collaboration across organisational boundaries. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field • Significant experience within Total Rewards in a global organisation • Experience in designing group-wide incentive schemes • Experience supporting executive compensation or board/committee processes is highly desirable • Strong communication skills in English and preferably in Norwegian Personal Attributes
