Records Management Supervisor-2nd Shift This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret Clearance to be considered. A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens. Applicants must be U.S. citizens with a minimum of three (3) consecutive years of citizenship and be able to provide documentation to meet contract requirements.
Supports warehouse and records management operations by processing physical records, preparing documents for scanning, operating imaging equipment, maintaining file inventory, and ensuring accurate document handling in a secure production environment. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. Work Schedule 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM-12:00 AM Supervisor Responsibilities Include:
• Supervise daily warehouse, records management, scanning, imaging, and inventory activities. • Assign work, prioritize workloads, and monitor staff productivity and quality. • Oversee the handling, organization, retrieval, transfer, and inventory of physical records. • Ensure accurate document preparation, scanning, indexing, and quality control. • Train and provide guidance to employees on procedures, safety, security, and quality requirements. • Monitor workflow and staffing to meet production goals and deadlines. • Review work for accuracy and address errors or performance issues as needed. • Maintain accurate production, inventory, and records documentation. • Ensure compliance with security, confidentiality, and government contract requirements. • Communicate operational issues and production status to management. • Support audits, inspections, and other contract requirements as assigned. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Experience, Education, Skills & Abilities Requested:
• High school diploma or GED required. • Minimum three (3) year(s) of warehouse, records management, production, document imaging, clerical, or related experience. • Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred. • Basic computer proficiency and experience with scanning or inventory systems preferred. • Strong leadership, organization, communication, and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines. • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly lift up to 40 pounds. • Must successfully pass a 7-year criminal background investigation, drug screening, physical abilities assessment, and credit review. • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Government Public Trust/Clearance level. • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
