Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an Associate Manager – Integration for its Smart Integration (API) – Delivery team. The role will own the design, development, and delivery of complex integration projects across Oracle Cloud applications and external platforms. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, ensure best‑practice architecture, and mentor junior developers while driving performance and reliability of integration solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for ERP, HCM, SCM and third‑party systems. • Create, manage, and secure REST and SOAP APIs, including OAuth2 and other security policies. • Apply integration patterns such as synchronous, asynchronous, pub‑sub, file‑based, and event‑driven models. • Utilize OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, DB, FTP, ERP, HCM, etc.) to connect cloud and on‑premise applications. • Implement robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and exception recovery mechanisms. • Optimize performance of high‑volume and long‑running integrations. • Lead migration of legacy SOA/OSB integrations to OIC where applicable. • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams for requirement gathering, testing, and production support. • Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions. • Stay current with emerging iPaaS technologies (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and recommend improvements.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle SaaS (ERP, HCM, SCM). • Strong expertise in designing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs, including security standards. • Proven knowledge of integration patterns and OIC adapters. • Experience implementing error handling, monitoring, and performance tuning for integrations. • Hands‑on migration experience from SOA/OSB to OIC (preferred). • Exposure to cross‑platform integrations with Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, or AWS. • Familiarity with other iPaaS tools such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft (a plus). • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience in a technical team. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., OIC) are a plus.
