• Lead the architectural and design team in developing innovative and sustainable design solutions for real estate projects. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design concepts align with project requirements and objectives. • Provide strategic direction and guidance on architectural design, materials selection, and construction techniques. • Oversee the development of architectural drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architectural design and construction. • Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and development within the architecture and design team. • Ensure adherence to relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and project management, to achieve project goals and objectives.
Experience:
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. • Demonstrated expertise in architectural design, project management, and team leadership. • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex real estate projects from conception to completion.
Education Qualification:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
Certification required:
• Professional Architectural License.
