HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is hiring Unarmed Security Officers in the Winston-Salem area. All Days 2nd and 3rd shift are available! These positions offer a pay rate of $16.00/hr, with weekly pay.
Job Requirements Requirements:
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent • Must have good communication skills. • Good customer service skills and professional appearance. • Prior security, military, law enforcement, or public safety experience preferred. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods. • Clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle when required. • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in emergency situations • Conduct regular foot patrols of assigned properties to ensure the safety and security of personnel, visitors, and assets. • Perform vehicle patrols to monitor parking lots, perimeter areas, and surrounding grounds for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or unauthorized access. • Control facility access by verifying credentials, screening visitors, and issuing temporary visitor badges in accordance with site procedures. • Monitor and operate the Command Center, including CCTV systems, alarm panels, access control software, radios, and other security technology. • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, incidents, and requests for assistance, following established post orders and emergency procedures. • Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation accurately and professionally. • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting employees, tenants, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
