• Working at a Florida based A&D Industry OEM Supplier, your primary work will involve the Visual and Dimensional inspections associated with the creation of AS9102 First Articles (FAI) packages. • Review/offer gaging related suggestions/support to those performing inspection plans/layouts (elements of PPAP MSA / MRL processes. • Spot, notify gaging related issues encountered. Help resolve. • Spot, segregate, and document Non-Conforming Material when encountered. • Interact w/ multiple computer systems / software. • Collaboratively engage daily with your Project / Team leader, Peers, and Customer. • Help Quest Global grow while you learn and develop your career. What You Will Bring: Experience
• AS-Technical Degree - preferred • Minimum 5+ years relevant experience to role • Alternate: 8+ years relevant experience to role with no / non-tech degree • Other Technical Certifications (DQR, CQT, CQE – noteworthy) Required Skills (Technical Competency) / Attributes:
• Reading and applying Blueprints / GD&T / Other Quality Requirements to task • Selecting required gages, set-up, and perform manual “Bench Top” inspections • Operate CMM and other computer-based inspection equipment. (Programming skills are noteworthy) • Visual Inspection (ability to pass required yearly eye exam) • Involvement with First Article Inspection Reviews (AS 9102-Rev C FAIR) • Compile and review technical data - compare results to requirements. Identify non-conformances • Gather / Transfer / Enter technical data into forms and systems accurately • Prior roles w/ reporting responsibilities, requirements, metrics • Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook – regular intermediate level user • Prior demonstrated ability to focus on semi-recurring tasks • Operating in procedure based and regulatory controlled environments Desired Skills / Attributes:

Potential for optional OT. Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in New Port Richey, FL. USA
• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. • Shop floor/Distribution site environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking/standing, and ability to lift 40 lbs. at times. • Fulfill requirements of eye exam • Use of PPE (where required) Travel requirements: No/minimal additional travel is required.
