• Translate customer/program/product requirements into executable operational plans. • Align demand, production schedules, and factory capability to support product and customer delivery commitments. • Work across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Program Management to resolve issues and drive delivery. • Monitor delivery performance and operational readiness. • Lead recovery planning where commitments are at risk. • Identify and escalate risks before they affect customer commitments. • Support NPI and transition-to-production readiness. • Provide clear operational visibility to the Program and Value Stream Lead • Drive cross-functional actions and accountability. • Constructively challenge assumptions and recovery plans, using data to support recommendations and decisions. • Drive agreed actions through to resolution, ensuring owners and timelines are clearly defined. • Support customer-facing discussions relating to operational commitments, risks and recovery plans. What You Will Bring:
• Typically requires a University Degree or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparable role • Good communication skills to influence a range of stakeholders • An understanding of production planning, capacity management and/or Master Production Scheduling (MPS). • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex and changing environment. • Product, program, manufacturing or cross-functional operational management experience. • Commercial and military awareness and experience balancing customer, program, and operational priorities. • Experience with SAP or ERP • Proficient with Microsoft Office Pay Range: $35-$40/hr Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
