• To investigate and propose engineering solutions to address field and manufacturing issues on ESP, PCP, Gas Lift, or Rod Lift tools. • To review concessions, perform form-fit-function analysis and provide dispositions. • To create appropriate test plans to evaluate new design / design changes and coordinate with testing facilities. • Develop and/or modify designs related to Oil & gas components by analysing product specifications, performance requirements, and existing manufacturing capabilities • Checking all components of an assembly will assemble and function properly • Design for Manufacturing Review and drawings reviewed for manufacturing feasibility • Creating parametric 3D Models, Assembly and 2D drawings as per Customer and ASME standards using SolidWorks • Knowledge of GD&T and Tolerance stack-up analysis • Implementation of Electronic change request (ECR) which involves modification of Drawings, BOM, procedures accordingly • Knowledge in processing Request for Technical Assistance (RTA) • Updating documentation through Revision control, Product Attribute control, and Change Descriptions • Adhere to process checkpoints to ensure design/customer standards are followed What You Will Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline, with a Master's degree often preferred. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive engineering experience, with a strong focus on sustaining engineering or product support. • Experience with Mechanical Design • GD&T knowledge and application • CAD (SolidWorks) modelling and drafting. • Making changes to products (updating BoMs, drawings, models) & working in a PDM system • With Solid Mechanics, Structural Analysis, Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Threads, Erosion, Materials, Secondary Processes, Static and Dynamic Seal Applications, Dynamics Pay Range: $75K-$85K Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Tulsa, OK • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
