• Electrical Design & Modeling: Design electrical control panels, power distribution systems, motor control centers (MCCs), and cabling layouts specifically for ESP and downhole equipment. • SolidWorks Integration: Utilize SolidWorks / SolidWorks Electrical to create 3D wire routing, electrical schematics, panel layouts, and enclosure designs, ensuring seamless integration with mechanical assemblies. • Component Selection: Specify and select electrical components including Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), transformers, circuit breakers, PLCs, sensors, and connectors capable of withstanding harsh oilfield environments. • Standard Compliance: Ensure all electrical designs comply with relevant industry standards such as NEC, IEEE, IEC, API, and ATEX/IECEx for hazardous locations. • Documentation: Generate comprehensive Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), wiring diagrams, and technical specifications for manufacturing and field operations teams. • Testing & Commissioning: Collaborate with prototype and manufacturing teams to support the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical systems. What You Will Bring: Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline. • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in electrical design engineering, specifically within the Oil & Gas sector. • Domain Expertise: Proven track record working with Oil & Gas systems (e.g., Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP), Progressive Cavity Pumps (PCP), Rod Lift, or Variable Speed Drives). • Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks (SolidWorks Electrical or 3D routing experience is highly preferred). Experience with AutoCAD Electrical is a plus. Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP). • Experience with thermal management and structural considerations for outdoor/desert/marine electrical enclosures. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with mechanical and software teams. Pay Range: $75K-$85K Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Tulsa, OK • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
