Logistics Coordinator Keep Products Moving. Keep Operations Running. We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting our supply chain operations. What You'll Do As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be the central point of communication between suppliers and internal teams, helping ensure products move seamlessly through the supply chain.Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and track daily purchase orders to ensure scheduled materials are received and closed out accurately. • Proactively review upcoming purchase orders and confirm delivery schedules and appointments. • Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely shipments and resolve delivery-related issues. • Serve as a liaison between Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Quality Assurance teams to support operational success. • Upload and maintain specification sheets, supplier documents, and other critical records in the company's cloud-based systems. • Create and maintain cost analysis spreadsheets by gathering and organizing supplier data. • Support the Quality Assurance team by obtaining Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and other required documentation. • Help identify potential supply chain disruptions and communicate updates to key stakeholders. • Maintain accurate records and ensure all logistics information is current and accessible. Qualifications Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related experience. • Experience working within a manufacturing environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs. • Experience coordinating products, shipments, and transportation lanes. • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and priorities. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ERP, inventory management, or supply chain management systems. • Understanding of supplier coordination, lead times, and delivery scheduling. • Experience supporting quality documentation processes, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs). • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
