Human by nature. Talent Acquisition Specialist - Fluent French Your future position? As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will base yourself in Budapest and work hybrid from home and at the office at least one day per week. Reporting to a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for specialist, senior specialist, and first-level management roles across the region. You will partner with Hiring Managers, HR Representatives and Talent Acquisition colleagues to attract and assess high-quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will:
• Manage recruitment processes from intake and interview planning through assessment, and offers. • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR representatives to define recruitment needs and provide hiring guidance. • Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines using digital tools, recruitment platforms and market insights. • Maintain accurate recruitment data and contribute to reporting, dashboards and recruitment analytics. • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. • Ensure recruitment activities comply with Givaudan policies, processes and applicable regulations. • Manage relationships with external assessment providers and maintain recruitment documentation and interview materials. You? You bring 5+ years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition and a university or college degree in Human Resources or a related field. Fluent French and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. You also have:
