Fuel your passion As a Mechanical Technician, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by assembling, testing, calibrating, and preparing high-quality equipment for global customers. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced mechanical systems, contribute to product reliability, and support operational excellence through hands-on technical expertise. You will collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure products are assembled and tested in accordance with quality, safety, and performance standards. As a Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Assembling components by following assembly drawings, work instructions, and bill of materials documentation.

• Performing functional testing on assemblies to ensure quality, reliability, and performance standards are being met.

• Testing assembled equipment to verify readiness for customer applications.

• Operating testing equipment while following engineering specifications and operational procedures.

• Applying settings, calibrating, and maintaining assembly tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Preparing completed assemblies and equipment for shipment to customers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Painting completed equipment and assemblies according to manufacturing requirements.

• Following established quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures throughout the assembly process.

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product performance.

• Collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to resolve assembly and testing challenges.

To be successful in this role you will: Education & Experience

• Have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.

• Have experience setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment within a manufacturing environment.

• Have experience working with assembly processes, testing activities, or mechanical equipment.

Technical Skills

• Have advanced mechanical aptitude and experience using general hand tools.

• Have experience using precision measuring instruments and testing equipment.

• Have the ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation.

• Have knowledge of drilling products, mechanical systems, or related manufacturing equipment.

• Have the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and identify effective solutions.

• Have experience calibrating and maintaining assembly tools and equipment.

• Have knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and inspection requirements.
