This internship position is a time-limited, temporary position with a start date and orientation on January 25th, 2027. The total number of hours that an intern can work during this timeframe is 250 hours.

This Intern will support the Innovation and Lean Transformation department with administrative and operational tasks related to system-wide performance improvement, training coordination, and Lean initiatives. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to organizational development work, event/training logistics, and data tracking, while assisting the team under the guidance of department staff.
Essential Job Function:
• Assist with planning and logistics for training events and programs (materials, room/AV setup, catering coordination, participant check-in) • Support registration and attendance tracking for training programs using the organization's Learning Management System (LMS), with guidance from staff • Help create and organize support materials and presentations for classroom-based training sessions • Assist with basic data entry and reporting related to training metrics, budget tracking, and program outcomes • Provide administrative and customer service support to internal staff and program participants • Assist with day-of event support during training sessions and department programs
Education:
• Required: Must be in process of a college-level degree in a related field and a student in good standing. • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program.
