We are looking for a confident Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You'll be working 42 hours a week (Days,Nights and Weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Gledholt Mews and Coach House.
Gledholt Mews and Coach House is our community rehabilitation (level 1) service for adults with mental health needs or a personality disorder who have been able to progress through the hospital pathway and are looking for the next stage in their rehabilitation journey or for those who may be stepping up from a community placement.
Your Day-to-Day
Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observationsWork closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve qualityAttend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursingUnder NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals.Administer prescribed medicines with Healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines.
You are
Open, compassionate, honest & resilient Qualified or Experienced RNLD with a current Pin NumberCapable to maintain documentation and undertake auditsWell informed of the Mental Health Act 1983 & have an understanding of latest nursing practicesAble to deputise in a clinical lead roleFocused on patient recovery to monitor, manage & reduce riskHelping to empower & support service user independence.
